Our customer base is made up largely of leading manufacturers in the automotive industry. Accordingly, our guns are optimized for the specific requirements of automobile production.
Prototyping
Prototype and pre-series welding guns should be designed for high mobility and flexibility to meet the variety of welding requirements. Ergonomics, ease of maintenance, robustness and versatility are key requirements.
Serial production
In mass production, guns can be tailored more precisely to the respective welding task. Here, it is even more important that the guns have a high load capacity with low energy consumption and maximum process safety and reliability.
Our products and services
All our manual welding guns, robotic welding guns and special welding equipment come from a single source - from design to construction to production. Due to the high level of vertical integration, we implement your ideas flexibly and individually, both in prototyping and in serial production.
Manual welding guns
Manual welding guns are mainly used in prototyping and pre-production and must therefore be particularly flexible. The Düring standard range also includes cable welding guns in addition to the Easy Basic Edition and the Power Edition. In special cases, we customize the guns according to your specifications.
Robotic welding guns
Robotic guns are mainly used in series production. Düring manufactures its own and customer-specific guns, which are compatible with various robot manufacturers. Most models are available in pneumatic and motor designs.
Laser welding guns
In cooperation with Trumpf, Düring has developed the laser welding gun "Rayflex Alpha". As a result, welding tasks that cannot be realized with classic resistance welding have now become possible.

Düring supports its customers with a comprehensive range of services for project phases. The all-round support and first-class service from commissioning and maintenance to spare parts are our natural priority.
