Job Description

  • Recording, checking and tracking spare parts offers as well as processing spare parts orders and invoicing
  • Preparation and coordination of calculations for quotation for the departments purchasing, work scheduling and service
  • Consulting and support of international customers and national companies
  • Active participation in the optimization of our global spare parts business

Knowledge, skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English, further foreign language skills desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision desirable

Professional requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training in internal sales, accounting or logistics
  • Relevant experience in spare parts, ideally in mechanical engineering or the automotive industry
